We are very excited about this fall/winter sale!

WE WILL BE ACCEPTING DEBIT CARDS DURING THE SALE!!!

The sale will be held at Augusta Heights Baptist Church located on Augusta Street in Greenville. The address is 3018 Augusta Street Greenville, 29605.

Do not forget about our homeschool book table that we offer! Please bring all your homeschool material to re sale.

SPONSOR AND VENDOR OPPORTUNITES

VENDORS:
Here We Grow Again Childrens Consignment offers an excellent opportunity for you to promote your business and/or products. Becoming a vendor is a great way for you to increase your cliental and or get your name out to the public. As a vendor you can demonstrate or sale your product or service during all presales and during the public sale dates. The vendor fee is $75.00 per 8 ft. space. This fee needs to be paid by cash, or check. There is a $30.00 NSF fee for all returned checks. Here We Grow Again Childrens Consignment reserves the right to assign, designate or change exhibit or booth location at any time.

Please let us know if you will need access to an electrical outlet. Prior arrangements must be made for electrical set up. Vendors requiring electricity must provide their own heavy duty extension cord.

GOODIE BAGS :
This is a great way to adveritse your company. It is easy! The cost is $35.00 for 300 advertisements for your business. You can give us coupons, flyers, promotional items, or anything that you feel is best for advertising your company. All items would need to be delievered to us on Monday, September 5th between 1pm-8pm so that we can stuff our goodie bags. You may bring payment at time of drop off.

BANNER DISPLAY
Cost $40.00

The easiest of the vendor options. You provide your business banner, and we will display it in our venue during the entire sale – that’s 5 days of shopping! Banners must be received by the presale date to ensure placement. If you want your banner returned, you must pick it up on or before the pick up date. Any banners not picked up will be discarded.

* We will also be having a special table set up for Home School Curriculum books.

Please be sure that all items are in gently used and working condition.

Please be conscious of your clothing condition; and please do not bring items with stains, missing buttons, or holes/rips.

CONSIGNORS/TAGGING

Thank you for your interest in being a consignor with Here We Grow Again. We offer a 75/25 split. You set the price and earn 75% of the selling price. You will receive a guest pass if you consign with us and your guest may shop early on Tuesday, September 6th at 7 pm.

CONSIGNORS' NUMBER:Bold
Every consignor will receive a number. Your number must be on your tag. Please e-mail me for your number. hwgaconsignment@gmail.com

DROP OFF DAYS: Drop off days Monday, September 5 1pm-8pm and Tuesday September 6 8am-4pm. You will sign up for a one hour shift but come any time during that hour.Please e-mail and let me know what time you can drop off.

***Please also plan to stay for 15- 20 minutes and help put out your items. We will be there to help, but this way you can display your items also!

CONSIGNOR FEE:
There is a $5.00 fee for consigning that is due at time of drop off.

TAGGING YOUR CLOTHES AND OTHER ITEMS:
Every piece of clothing must be tagged with a tag that is pinned on with a safety pin. Please pin the tag on the left shoulder because all clothing will be hung up.( please view picture below for correct placing of hanger and tag) NO STRAIGHT PINS OR TAPE PLEASE.

I will e-mail you a copy of the tags to print off.
HALF PRICE DAY:
If you DO NOT want to sale your clothing for half price on Saturday, September 10, please put a red dot in the lower right corner that is visible enough for all to see. Any item without the red dot will be sold for half price.


PRESENTATION OF CLOTHING:
Please have all clothes pressed and hung on hangers.
PAYMENT FOR CONSINGNORS: Consignors will receive their portion of their sales within 2 weeks of the final day of the sale. Your check will be mailed to you.

Volunteer and shop the sale early! Volunteering is easy and lots of fun! Here We Grow Again is looking for volunteers to help the sale run smoothly!
All we ask is that you volunteer for a four hour block of time starting Monday, September 5 at 9 am.

We will need help in the following areas:
Item sorting and placing
Assisting Shoppers
Helping with check out
Organizing merchandise.

***WHY SHOULD YOU VOLUNTEER?
-Volunteers get to shop the sale FIRST on Tuesday September 6 at 5pm.
-If you can volunteer for two shifts earn 80 percent of your sales.
-volunteer during the break down on Saturday between 12-4 and your consignor fee with be waived.
